- Sessions are held at WRMC Wellness Center each Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- The program is individually tailored to each patient's needs
- Classes include flexibility and strength exercises, walking on treadmill or track and riding stationary bike
- Classes are supervised and patients monitored
- Covered by most major insurances
- Physician referral

- Breathing techniques to help reduce shortness of breath
