Chair Massage - 15-30 minutes

For those busy days when you really need a massage but don't have much time- Melt into the massage chair and leave REFRESHED.

A therapeutic foot massage, working all the reflex points on the feet.

Head, Neck, Shoulders and Back - 30 minutes

A great way to introduce yourself to massage-30 minutes focused on the areas where most of us hold tension.

Headache, relief session - 15-20 minutes

Available for emergency sessions to relieve pain due to stress, muscle tension, allergies or sinus congestion.

Hot Stones, 30, 60 or 90 minutes

Warm river rocks melt your tensions away. Wear comfortable clothing if you like and have a vacation from the world.

Infant Massage - Private Instruction

Infant Massage can be helpful with colic and teething pain and healing from illness. Its a wonderful way to have special time for just you and your baby.
