Your Vial of Life can be used to store a list of your current medications and other important medical information. This information can be useful at doctor's visits and in case of a medical emergency.

You will need to do four things:

1. Fill out your medication list.
2. Place your completed medications list and any other important medical information in your vial.
3. Place the vial in the topmost shelf of your refrigerator door.
4. Place the Vial of Life magnet on your refrigerator door.
