Thank you for your interest in the Radiologic Technology program at Wilkes Regional Medical Center.

You may request an application packet by mail or phone or download the application for your review and completion. The Admissions Committee does not review any application until it is complete, including all transcripts and references.

Transcripts, references, SAT/ACT scores, and scores on college placement tests are carefully reviewed. Those in the upper academic ranks with strong math and science backgrounds are strongly considered. We will be happy to review your official transcript with you. We will also discuss your aptitude for this profession and try to make you aware of the duties a Radiologic Technologist performs. There are exciting opportunities in all modalities.

After you have completed all parts of your application, please contact us for a mutually convenient appointment for an observation day in the Radiology Department. You will be given the opportunity to observe throughout the department and you will be interviewed by members of the staff. Keep in mind that we would prefer for you to arrive about 8:30 am Tuesday thru Friday and stay until around 1:30pm.
