In-Home Aid
In-Home Aide Services are designed to assist patients with bathing, grooming, meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.

IN-HOME AID SERVICES provide and in-home aide to assist disabled adults and children with personal care needs and to meet the activities of daily living. Tasks provided are specific to each individual’s needs and may include tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping. Individuals that receive Personal Care Services must meet Medicaid eligibility requirements. Private pay is available through different funding sources. These sources may include some insurance plans or the client may choose to private pay.

To qualify the patent must have a medical condition that decreases their ability to perform their bathing, grooming and meal preparation safely. The patient must need and allow the In-Home Aide to give or assist with the bath to be on the program. The only pay or source that covers In-Home Aide services is MEDICAID. Medicaid will pay for a maximum of 15 hours weekly or 60 hours monthly divided out evenly to meet the patient’s needs.
